Called and these guys came out the very next day. The service person was very professional and made sure that everything was working perfectly. I was happy to spend the money to have a professional fix my garage door. It was noisy, the springs needed to be adjusted and the original bearings were made of cheap materials. I'm happy to have my garage door working like new again. Thank you!!!

Our garage door is older than dirt, and after a recent power failure we had to call out Garage Door Pros again (we have had multiple issues with this thing) because the door literally came off the tracks. The hinges were so rusted it's a miracle it didn't fall off sooner. Casey had actually recommended replacing them sooner but we didn't listen, so whose fault was that? This time, it became clear that's what needed to happen. Casey explained how and why the door broke in detail, outlining the issues and describing the problem to both myself and my husband, and gave us his recommendations. He replaced everything (hinges, rollers, cables, etc) in just 45 minutes and gave us recommendations on a new motor that was cost effective (because as I said - older than dirt - we will need a new motor soon). All the work was covered by a warranty which he made a point to tell me. He was incredibly detailed, professional, courteous and polite and the service was great. Highly recommend. Also I wanted this in writing that IT WASN'T MY FAULT THE DOOR BROKE (originally, that was what my husband claimed. He has since apologized :D)

My experience was mixed. We had a broken spring and garage door pros was able to schedule it same day which was nice. Pricing was very high- I was quoted $525 for the basic spring in $725 for a better one that would last a few years longer. I mentioned this was about double the price Angie’s List recommends one pay for a coil replacement in this area and was prepared to get a second estimate, he asked what I was willing to pay. I agreed to pay $625 for the better coil. I just simply didn’t have the time to get somebody else out. Either way, this price is higher than anything my friends say they have paid.
