Called and these guys came out the very next day. The service person was very professional and made sure that everything was working perfectly. I was happy to spend the money to have a professional fix my garage door. It was noisy, the springs needed to be adjusted and the original bearings were made of cheap materials. I'm happy to have my garage door working like new again. Thank you!!!

Our garage door is older than dirt, and after a recent power failure we had to call out Garage Door Pros again (we have had multiple issues with this thing) because the door literally came off the tracks. The hinges were so rusted it's a miracle it didn't fall off sooner. Casey had actually recommended replacing them sooner but we didn't listen, so whose fault was that? This time, it became clear that's what needed to happen. Casey explained how and why the door broke in detail, outlining the issues and describing the problem to both myself and my husband, and gave us his recommendations. He replaced everything (hinges, rollers, cables, etc) in just 45 minutes and gave us recommendations on a new motor that was cost effective (because as I said - older than dirt - we will need a new motor soon). All the work was covered by a warranty which he made a point to tell me. He was incredibly detailed, professional, courteous and polite and the service was great. Highly recommend. Also I wanted this in writing that IT WASN'T MY FAULT THE DOOR BROKE (originally, that was what my husband claimed. He has since apologized :D)

Garage Door Pros are amazing. Called because my spring broke and they came out the same day to check it out. After determining the parts they'd need, they came out the very next day and fixed the door. I can't say enough good things about them. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and incredibly responsive. Extra props to KC Cain, who did the repair. Super nice guy and extremely helpful. I wish every repair tech, regardless of industry, was as professional/friendly/skilled as KC.

Excellent service. They were able to come out the same day to replace a broken spring so we could access our garage again! Service Tech Lonnie arrived during the specified window and answered all of my questions. Really appreciate the communication from the company both through text messages and emails. I would recommend working with them for any garage door needs!
